- Toiletries: hair dryer, shampoo, and toilet paper
- Electricity, heating, and snow clearing (within 24 hours)
- Washing machine, dryer, and outdoor socket for e-bikes
- Access to the private herb garden
- Nespresso machine with capsules
- 24-hour telephone number in case of problems
- Firewood for the wood-burning stove and traditional tiled stove
- Upon receipt of the deposit fee of 30% per week and sending of the booking confirmation, the booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in writing. The transfer of the deposit must be made no later than 14 days after booking.

- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Payment: We kindly ask you to pay the bill for your stay on site at the latest upon arrival. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard), and cash. Please note, however, that the cash limit in Italy is max. 4.999 €.
- Toddler equipment: A cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge.
- The cost for the final cleaning is included in the booking price, however we reserve the right to charge 150 € for an extended cleaning.
- Pets are not allowed in the alpine hut.
- Slippers: Please do not wear outside shoes in the alpine hut, so remember to bring your slippers.
- No smoking in the mountain cabin, there are smoke detectors installed in every room.
- Arrival & Departure: On the day of your arrival, the alpine hut will be available for you starting from 3 p.m. If you arrive later, please let us know. On the day of your departure, we ask that you free the cabin by 10 a.m.
- A local tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (from 14 years of age) applies in our municipality. This will be charged separately at the end of your stay.
According to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal, however, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:
- From the booking date until 21 days before arrival: deposit (30% of the total amount)
- 20-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount.
